This year we had a record number of questions that we posed the 628 enterprise CX decision makers who were based in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA and I want to call out this year we expanded the sample to include Italy so that we can get and even broader view of continental Europe and what decision makers were thinking.
